​Unlike other assessment tools, the online Peerless Study specifically looks at how people feel and more precisely how they wish to feel about their personal status in the organization, work-life balance, sense of purpose, wellness, the organizational mission, value alignment, work environment, and management support.

The Peerless Study dashboard displays for individuals how they currently think and feel about these key organizational attributes as well as how they would like to feel. Coaching tips are provided to empower the individual to embrace positive change, pursue growth and learning and shrink the negative gaps…enhancing their overall well-being.

Front-line managers and general management can view aggregates of these thoughts and feelings based on the overall organization or designated groups. Their dashboard shows:

  • The collective state of feelings about each organizational attribute, as well as the aggregate desired state.

  • Trendlines showing feelings about various aspects of the organization to pinpoint overall patterns.
