Tina has an extensive background in performance improvement, recognition, research and analysis in both business-to-business and consumer marketing. She has a proven track record of delivering award winning and successful solutions that drive positive results. Her vision has produced many innovative new services, which have had a lasting positive effect on the performance improvement business.
Tina’s background is in advertising where she started at J. Walter Thompson and then in 1990 she moved to USMotivation. She served as a leader at USMotivation for more than 26 years, then Tina decided to create Paragon Performance Group. With the launch of her diagnostic engagement tool, “The Peerless Study”, Peerless Performance emerged.

Embracing and understanding the importance of community, Peerelss Performance proudly supports, with the proceeds from profits, two non-profit organizations, Megan’s Smile, named after Tina’s daughter, and Confetti Celebrations.
Tina serves as the Vice President of Research and Content and sits on the Board of Trustees for The Society for Incentive Travel Excellences (Site) Foundation. Tina is also the Immediate Past President for Recognition Professionals International (RPI).
Jennifer is a Human Resources professional who has 20 years of experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation analysis, training and development, recruitment and benefits management. She is a Servant Leader who is focused on the relationship between human capital, culture and the effective operations of an organization.
Jennifer first joined the industry and served as the HR Manager for USMotivation from 2004-2008. She developed a fully functional HR Department built on solid policies, processes, dedication, trust and transparency. In 2016, Jennifer returned to USM as the Vice President of HR and partnered with leadership and associates to shift the culture of the organization while establishing a new vision and core values. Once Paragon Performance was established, Jennifer transitioned to her new role within the company. As the cutting-edge diagnostic engagement tool “The Peerless Study”, was developed and launched, a clear future for Paragon as Peerless Performance was defined.
As the Human Capital & Culture Engineer for a full-service performance improvement, culture engineering agency, Jennifer helps clients design strategies and solutions to Build Trust with Purpose in a Global, Social and Multi-Generational workforce. “Enhancing the Quality of People’s Lives” will continue to be the focus and vision for her future with Peerless Performance. Whether Peerless Performance achieves our mission by serving clients or providing support to non-profits, it will always be about people. Barbara Nindos I CRP
Barbara has been an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in operations, sales support, marketing, internal and onsite management.
Barbara began her career at USMotivation as Director of Field Operations building a network of over 400 onsite independent Travel Directors. In 2010 Barbara assumed the role of Director of Team Development. She was responsible for the cultural alignment within teams and across departments. She assisted managers with training initiatives, process documentation, team building opportunities and culture alignment. Barbara was promoted to Vice President of Travel Operations in 2012 and responsible for providing operational leadership for all of Travel Operations.
Barbara continues to be passionate about creating an environment for businesses to generate positive engagement and a culture where each associate has a will to win, the desire to succeed and the urge to reach their full potential……thus the development of The Peerless Study and the emergence of Peerless Performance. Luis F. Valdes, Ph.D.
Dr. Valdes has more than two decades working with people with a wide range of businesses including small to medium businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. He has worked in the energy sector, the governmental sector, within technology, telecommunications, retail, heavy and light manufacturing, financial institutions, real estate, higher education, professional services and pest control.
He has extensive experience with executive and managerial assessments, executive coaching, team development, talent retention, leadership development and succession planning issues. His consulting firm, Psychogenyx, LLC, was established to provide the best in performance and talent management services to businesses that want sustainable growth and wish to achieve competitive excellence.
He is a much sought-after speaker and trainer. His topics include but are not limited to sports and performance psychology, executive leadership, management, organizational issues, and ethical issues.
Prior to starting his own business, Dr. Valdes was employed by TalentQuest, the Turknett Leadership Group, and RHR International, all premier consulting firms with offices in the Atlanta area.
Dr. Valdes is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Georgia Psychological Association, and the Technology Association of Georgia. He has served on the board of Earth Share of Georgia, Cliff Valley School and the board of Advisors of Science-Trek. He previously served as the President of the Texas College Personnel Association.
Dr. Valdes is a cornerstone member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, on which he serves as a Board member.
